Are your bags made of genuine leather?
When a product is described as leather, it is made from genuine leather. Each product page specifies materials and key features. Leather is selected for its durability, elegance and natural patina over time.

How should I care for a leather bag?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth, avoid prolonged humidity and direct sunlight, and use a leather conditioner once or twice a year. Store with paper inside to help keep the shape.

Do your clothes fit true to size?
Our garments follow European sizing standards. Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes (true to size, fitted, relaxed). If you’re between sizes, we’ll help you choose.

Do you offer limited editions?
Yes. Some pieces are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. When relevant, this is indicated on the product page.

📏 Size & Fit

Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Our store uses EU sizing. Each product page includes a product-specific size guide with measurements and fit notes.

What if I’m between two sizes?
As a general rule: choose the larger size for structured fabrics, coats, boots and pointed-toe shoes. For lingerie, choose based on comfort preference and stretch level.

Need help choosing?
Contact us at info@leathernova.com and include the product link + your usual size and measurements (bust/waist/hips). We reply within 24 business hours.

What are your delivery times?
Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Europe: 3 to 8 business days
  • United States, Canada, Australia: 5 to 10 business days

If your order contains multiple items, we ship once the order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

What are your shipping fees?

  • Standard shipping: FREE for Europe

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver across Europe, as well as to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is sent automatically by email once your order ships.

Will I pay customs duties (outside the EU)?
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and protective elements intact.

Important hygiene note (lingerie)
For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused for lingerie items that show signs of wear, missing protective liners, or removed hygiene seals (when applicable).

How do I return an item?
Email us at info@leathernova.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll send you the steps and the return address.

Are return shipping costs at my expense?
Yes, except in cases of defective items or an error on our part.

When will I receive my refund?
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
