At Leather Nova, we are committed to offering a reliable, secure and transparent international shipping experience. All orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked, packed and shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
🕒 Order Processing & Preparation
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Some products require a preparation period prior to shipment.
- Order preparation time: 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and season.
- Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.
- A tracking link is automatically sent once your order is shipped.

- European Union: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria and other EU countries.
- Wider Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.
- North America: United States, Canada.
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
- Other destinations: subject to availability depending on carriers and products.

We work with reliable international carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, DPD, BRT, TNT and EMS, depending on the destination and product type. All shipments include tracking.

🇪🇺 European Union
- Standard shipping fee: calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on all EU
🌍 Outside the European Union
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier and package weight.
- No free shipping threshold applies unless explicitly stated.
Important: Free shipping promotions apply only to the original outbound delivery and do not cover return shipping.
🧾 Taxes, Duties & Customs
🇪🇺 Within the European Union
All prices displayed on the Website include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is automatically applied at checkout according to the delivery country, in compliance with EU VAT and OSS regulations. No additional charges are due upon delivery.
🌍 Outside the European Union
Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
For certain destinations (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States and Australia), import duties and local taxes may be included in the product price, meaning no additional payment is required upon delivery.
For other non-EU destinations, local customs duties, VAT or handling fees may be requested by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or collected by Leather Nova.
No refund will be issued if a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.
🚫 Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to refusal of delivery, non-collection, incorrect address or failure to pay applicable customs charges, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
📍 Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Leather Nova cannot be held liable for delays, losses or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
