By accessing the Website, browsing its content or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation.
1. 🎯 Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of Leather Nova and its customers in relation to:
- use and access to the Website,
- online sale of products,
- payment, delivery, returns and after-sales service.
2. 🌐 Access to the Website
The Website is accessible to any user with Internet access. You are solely responsible for the proper functioning of your equipment and Internet connection.
Leather Nova reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Website for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons, without prior notice.
3. 👜 Products
Leather Nova offers fashion items, leather bags, clothing, lingerie, footwear and accessories carefully selected for their quality and design.
Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings or manufacturing characteristics.
Products are offered subject to availability. Leather Nova reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. 💶 Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
For customers located within the European Union, prices are displayed inclusive of VAT (TTC), applied automatically at checkout according to the VAT rate of the delivery country, in accordance with EU VAT and OSS rules.
For customers located outside the European Union, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Leather Nova reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is validated and paid.
5. 💳 Payment
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to: Shopify Payments, MultiSafePay, PayPal, Amazon Pay.
Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA transfer, Trustly, Sofort, Belfius, KBC/CBC, Cartes Bancaires and other methods depending on the customer’s location.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
6. 🚚 Order Preparation & Delivery
Some products require a preparation period prior to shipment in order to ensure quality control.
- Order preparation time may take 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.
- Delivery times indicated on the Website or in the Shipping Policy are estimates and begin after dispatch.
Delivery destinations, shipping fees and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
For deliveries within the European Union, free standard shipping may apply to orders over €149, as specified in the Shipping Policy. Free shipping promotions apply only to outbound delivery and do not cover return shipping.
Leather Nova cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes or other external factors beyond its control.
7. ↩️ Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, EU customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day the order is received.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear and intimate apparel may only be returned if defective or if the hygiene seal is intact.

8. ⚖️ Liability
Leather Nova shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Internet, including data loss, service interruption, intrusion, viruses or technical malfunctions.
In the event of an obvious error (pricing error, technical malfunction, incorrect product information), Leather Nova reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
9. 👤 User Obligations
By using the Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order or creating an account,
- Not interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Website,
- Not use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation from Leather Nova is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing such resolution, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the registered office of Leather Nova, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
